About me

Nick has an esteemed career in all facets of real estate, spanning near 30 years. A high-profile member of the real estate community, Nick has extensive sales, property management and operational experience and has practiced across Queensland. He also previously had a role of General Manager for an Australian / New Zealand wide real estate organisation with over 950 agents. Having worked for both boutique agencies and multi-national networks, he has held executive, people leader and licensee roles affording him a robust market and business acumen

Prior to founding Edge Property Agents, Nick was Best Practice and Compliance Advisor to the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) – the peak industry body for real estate in Queensland and the sector’s ethical compass. In his tenure at REIQ, he was heavily involved in shaping the legislative landscape of Queensland real estate and coaching real estate community accordingly.

Nick always wants to give clients, customers, and agencies the best knowledge possible when dealing with all thing’s real estate. His longevity and experience in the industry ensures his clients are in the best hands. This is not to be outdone however, by his passion and enthusiasm for achieving the best outcome for his clients.

Love the full service from Nick. I appreciate the feedback on the rental market that I get when the lease is up for renewal, and advice on where to set the rental price. The property is well managed and I believe the tenants are happy with the service from Nick too! Payments are made on time into our account and the monthly reports are on time and accurate.

One happy tenant!

For the past three years I have been a tenant in a property managed by Nick and the team at Edge. Over the last 20 years I have rented homes across Queensland, NSW and the ACT. In that time I have never encountered an agency so helpful, honest, efficient, east to work with and essentially "human" as opposed to cold corporate.

Any maintenance issues have always been addressed with the utmost promptness and without a quibble. I am only sorry that given the change in circumstances, I need to find another home for myself and my girl rather than stay on in the house we have come to love like our own, with such a property manager, if you are lucky enough to secure a rental via Edge you will be in good hands.
