Nick has been our eyes and ears ‘on the ground’ and has been very accommodating and a great communicator when managing the day to day, run around activities such as liaising with agents, viewing properties, inspecting for settlement, showing tenants through the property, assessing tenancy applications, arranging trades and services to set up maintenance and repairs, getting in contact with neighbours, managing advertising, setting up leases, managing billing and invoicing, adhering to industry regulations and keeping the tenants happy.

For the past three years I have been a tenant in a property managed by Nick and the team at Edge. Over the last 20 years I have rented homes across Queensland, NSW and the ACT. In that time I have never encountered an agency so helpful, honest, efficient, east to work with and essentially "human" as opposed to cold corporate.

Any maintenance issues have always been addressed with the utmost promptness and without a quibble.
