About me

Nick has an esteemed career in all facets of real estate, spanning over 25 years. A high profile member of the real estate community, Nick has extensive sales, property management and operational experience and has practiced across Queensland. Having worked for both boutique agencies and multi-national networks, he has held executive, people leader and licensee roles affording him a robust market and business acumen.

Prior to founding Edge Property Agents, Nick was Best Practice and Compliance Advisor to the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) – the peak industry body for real estate in Queensland and the sector’s ethical compass. In his tenure at REIQ, he was heavily involved in shaping the legislative landscape of Queensland real estate and coaching real estate community accordingly.

Now operating Edge Property - Training and Advisory alongside the agency arm his business Nick always wants to give clients, customers and agencies the best knowledge possible when dealing with all things real estate.

His longevity and experience in the industry ensures his clients are in the best hands. This is not to be outdone however, by his passion and enthusiasm for achieving the best outcome for his clients.

One happy tenant!

For the past three years I have been a tenant in a property managed by Nick and the team at Edge. Over the last 20 years I have rented homes across Queensland, NSW and the ACT. In that time I have never encountered an agency so helpful, honest, efficient, east to work with and essentially "human" as opposed to cold corporate.

Any maintenance issues have always been addressed with the utmost promptness and without a quibble.
