I would like to thank you for being so respectful with the open homes. I really appreciate that. I have been working basically 6 days a week to try and get into a new position in my company and you always have given me a good amount of notice for the inspections. So thankyou.

For the past three years I have been a tenant in a property managed by Nick and the team at Edge. Over the last 20 years I have rented homes across Queensland, NSW and the ACT. In that time I have never encountered an agency so helpful, honest, efficient, east to work with and essentially "human" as opposed to cold corporate.

Any maintenance issues have always been addressed with the utmost promptness and without a quibble. I am only sorry that given the change in circumstances, I need to find another home for myself and my girl rather than stay on in the house we have come to love like our own, with such a property manager, if you are lucky enough to secure a rental via Edge you will be in good hands.
